If you love to walk you will enjoy this area. This lot is within walking distance to Corozal town. So there is no vehicle required. Corozal has an airport and they also have a water taxi to San Pedro in Ambergris Caye.  You can fly into Cancun because it is cheaper. Then take a 6 hour bus ride to Chetumel Mexico (at the border) and then take a Belize bus that crosses the border and it will take you right into the center of Corozal.  This same bus station is also where you can catch the bus to Belize City.  Corozal is only 9 miles away from the border.  Corozal population is around 10,000 and the population in Chetumel Mexico is about 280,000.  Chetumel has low cost medical care and inexpensive shopping. The climate is subtropical and there is less rain in Corozal than almost anywhere in Belize. There are Mayan Ruins nearby and wildlife sanctuary and forest reserves are not far.
